Breakfast in the Outdoors!
Muffin Tin Egg Recipe is a quick and fun way to make a delicious breakfast for a large or small group of people while camping outdoors!
What You Need:
- Bacon
- Eggs
- Muffin Tin
Directions:
- First cut each strip of bacon in half.
- Layer 2 slices of bacon in the bottom of the tin cups making a little bacon "basket".
- Place the tin over the grill and cook the bacon to your perfection.
- Crack one egg over each tin cup and then place the tin over the grill until the eggs are cooked.
- Your done! This makes a bacon and egg "muffin" that you can eat while on the go, maybe to enjoy some canoeing or kayaking on Yogi Bear's Lake!
If you want to make your "muffin" a little more elaborate you can add ham or sausage into the egg yolk before you cook it over the grill... YUMMY!
Peanut Butter Pancakes
What you need:
- Jar of Peanut Butter
- Bag of your favorite chocolate chips
- Butter
- Pancake Mix (The one that you just have to add water too!- quick and easy for campers)
- Water
- Cooking Pan
Directions:
- Add water to the Pancake mix until the mix is smooth with no lumps.
- Add 1 cup of peanut butter to the mix.
- Stir :)
- Add as many chocolate chips as you wish! You can never have too many :) (1/2 to 1 cup will be perfect)
- Stir :)
- Add butter to the cooking pan
- Cook to perfection :) Make sure you flip the pancake every once in a while so it doesn't stick! (When you see the bubbles start to form its time to flip)
- ENJOY!! You probably wont ever need any syrup!
